We are recruiting a Recovery Worker to join our Croydon Supported Living team for Forensic Mental Health.

Located near Thornton Heath Railway Station, with easy bus access to Croydon University Hospital, our service operates in a 27-bed residential property that specialises in forensic mental health, complex needs, and dual diagnosis.

The team provides psychologically-informed housing and resettlement support, tailored to address the specific needs of individuals. Our forensic mental health step-down services are spread across four sites, offering both high and medium support for men and women.

In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the successful rehabilitation and reintegration of our residents into the community.

You will deliver pathways, support, and targeted interventions to facilitate successful resettlements, contributing to safer, more integrated communities.

Your focus will be on providing personalised, one-to-one support, ensuring that the needs of our residents and the service are met with care and attention.

Six month fixed term contract 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday 8am to 8.30pm.
