- Managed a caseload, coordinated, and delivered assessment and evidence-based interventions (brief and structured), recovery planning and aftercare planning.
- Worked collaboratively with colleagues and key stakeholder across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Supported volunteers, peer mentors and service user representatives, engaging them to actively take part in WDP services.
