Description
We are looking for two dynamic and committed individuals to join our team at the Xchange in Guildford.
This exciting and rewarding role will provide you with significant scope for growth and innovation within a supportive and friendly multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical professionals.
The main purpose of these roles is to:
- deliver excellent drug and alcohol services to service users and their significant others, including family members friends and carers, to facilitate positive outcomes.
- manage a case load and coordinate and deliver assessment and evidence-based interventions (brief and structured), recovery planning and aftercare planning.
- work collaboratively with colleagues and key stakeholder across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring adherence with all WDP policies and Safeguarding principles.
