With this role you’ll be working as part of Single Point of Contact Team based in Mansfield This role is about being proactive, service user focused and having excellent communication and organisation skills. You will be the first person point of contact for the service. you will receive a variety of phone calls & emails which could include the following; someone who needs support, a family member who is concerned about their loved one, a professional who is requesting information or someone who wants to know more about our online services. Where someone wants to engage with the service you will complete a triage/assessment via the telephone, provide harm reduction advice, refer the person to other support services, liaise with other colleagues, be involved in clinical appointments and ensure communication is effective between service user and any other relevant services. You will oversee the persons support until they are effectively engaged with our service.
