This post will work alongside the Team, and will be required to contribute the skills, knowledge and competence to be an effective recovery practitioner within the team.
Post holder will also work as part of a team to provide collaborative recovery planning and case management to substance misusers (Drug & Alcohol) across all stages of individuals` recovery journeys, from assessment and engagement through to sustained recovery
