As a Recovery Practitioner, you will need to be able to work in Blackpool with a committed team, providing care and services to a vulnerable client group with complex and challenging health needs delivering the best possible outcomes for those in our care.
You will be based at HORIZON Winstone House, 199 Church Street and will be working across Blackpool in venues frequented by our clients.
