Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Quality & Governance Lead to join our service in Sefton. The new postholder will focus on identifying efficiencies or gaps in support, ensuring that service users consistently receive high quality and effective services.
About the role:
- To ensure the quality and consistency of service delivery
- To conduct wide ranging audits
- To observe, monitor and report on staff sessions with clients, including assessments, one to one sessions etc for the purpose of staff development.
- To feedback key areas requiring development for both individuals and staff groups to the management team
- To ensure compliance within the staff group of relevant organisational policies and procedures
- To co-ordinate and undertake management of the service feedback and incident system on CRiiS
