Psychosocial Intervention (PSI) Worker

As a Psychosocial Intervention Practitioner. with Change Grow Live you’ll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.

An exciting new opportunity has arisen in our Wisbech team as a Psychosocial Intervention Practitioner. This role will be delivering psychosocial intervention work (groupwork) to the fenland population at Inspiration House, Wisbech and within community settings.

You will work as part of a multi-agency team to support and engage people through their recovery journey and help make a positive difference. We are looking for someone organised, proactive, compassionate and responsive so if that sounds like you we would love to hear from you.
