An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time Outreach Worker to join our dynamic, multi-agency team to support people with multiple and complex needs based in Newhaven and Eastbourne.
This role will provide the team and service users with specialist substance misuse knowledge whilst engaging individuals in treatment services.
The successful candidates will help with the wider substance misuse service ensuring an innovative and effective service that adheres to best practice guidelines and the delivery of high-quality care with a holistic approach to the needs of that individual.
