A fantastic, new opportunity has arisen to become a homelessness Recovery Coordinator, supporting rough sleeping individuals throughout their treatment journey and successfully supporting their move on into suitable housing arrangements. We are hoping this role will be for you.
As part of the Manchester Outreach Team, You will focus on engaging with people who have a history of rough sleeping and substance misuse. You will provide harm reduction interventions and access to structured drug and alcohol treatment and in partnership with other agencies support people in leading healthier lives.
