This exciting new role provides an opportunity to work within Sunderland Drug & Alcohol Service as a Performance and Quality Lead.
As directed by your manager, you will provide clear role modelling and leadership for your team to ensure effective service provision for service users, and be responsible for the strategic drivers of safe and effective care, the health, wellbeing and care experience of the Service User within the Gateshead Service.
The post holder will ensure the service has effective Integrated Governance Systems in place including; Corporate, Clinical, Risk management, Financial, Research and Information Governance taken into account.
