We have an exciting opportunity for an Outreach Worker on a sessional basis who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs.
You will focus on engaging with people that are rough sleeping. You will ensure that you work flexibly and proactively to ensure you do all you can to support that person to access the support needed.
You will have some experience of engaging with individuals that have suffered severe and multiple disadvantage and demonstrate a determined approach to finding solutions.
