A fantastic, new opportunity has arisen to become an Outreach Worker, supporting rough sleeping individuals throughout their treatment journey and successfully supporting their move on into suitable housing arrangements.

In this exciting and dynamic role, you'll be part of a busy, friendly team supporting those who are street homeless to get where they want to be and making a real difference in their lives.

No two days are the same: you’ll need to be flexible in your approach providing the best service for people experiencing homelessness and you’ll have to be proactive to ensure their ongoing support.

Good communication skills, team-working, and an understanding of the issues faced by people experiencing homelessness/vulnerable individuals is essential (and having good knowledge of the city and partnership links is desirable).
