Outreach Practitioner

We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, caring, person centred and passionate about supporting people with multiple needs to join our INROADS team.

Essential to this role is the drive to support individuals to navigate often complex systems to get the support they need for substance misuse and their mental health condition.

This exciting and rewarding role will provide you with significant scope for growth and innovation within a supportive and friendly multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical professionals.

The main purpose of this role is to provide assertive outreach to engage or re-engage with rough sleepers/street active individuals into treatment.
