Description
You will focus on engaging with people who have a history of rough sleeping and substance misuse.
You will have some experience of engaging with individuals with multiple and/or complex needs and demonstrate a determined approach to finding solutions.
Some knowledge of one or more of the following is required:
- Mental health
- Criminal Justice System
- Substance misuse
- Homelessness
We are looking for a highly experienced NMP who holds high standards of care at the core of what they do. They will develop and embed best standards of clinical care for individuals who are rough sleepers/street active to support them in accessing treatment for substance misuse and dependency.
