The Pavilion is a 16 bedded in patient detox unit, based in its own grounds within the rural setting of Lancaster.
The environment and staff support individuals through their detox treatment and onwards in their recovery journey.
The multi-disciplinary team of experienced and caring professionals are looking to expand their staffing provision with like-minded people. We provide a 24/7 supportive staffing model that facilitates safe care and clinical wellbeing.

What you’ll be doing
- As shift lead, you will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the shift; working alongside your multi-disciplinary team and ensuring operational responsibilities are completed for the safety and wellbeing of the patient group.
- You will complete new patient admissions jointly with the daily prescriber and plan a person-centred integrated package of care
- Development and ongoing review of Care plans and risk assessments that are person centred, inclusive and flexible to the individuals presenting needs.
- Clinical observations to be carried out in a safe manner and understanding the appropriate escalation routes of clinical findings.
- Dispensing of controlled and non-controlled drugs to meet the clients physical support needs in line with the current policies and processes.
- Emergency anaphylactic and naloxone administration if required.
- Advise on health promotion and behaviour changes from the patterns of addictions
- Delivery of KPI’s in line with contract agreement to help evidence our service delivery.
- Joint multidisciplinary collaboration with stakeholders.
- Supporting colleagues and managers with new initiatives and service offers, and any reasonable requested activity.
- Supervision and support of Nurse students, Nurse Associates and Support Workers.
