We Are With You are a charity that offers free, confidential support to people in England and Scotland who have issues with drugs, alcohol or mental health.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced doctor, nurse or pharmacist to head up the clinical team in our Shropshire service.
As the Clinical/Medical Lead you’ll provide leadership for the clinical team and directly care for service users presenting with substance use concerns. As the clinical lead you will be responsible for providing support and regular clinical supervision to other prescribers working in the service.
You’ll work closely with the operational leadership and our Recovery Workers to ensure that the clinical and psychosocial needs of the individual are met and that prescribing is safe, effective and in accordance with best practice whilst meeting the individual needs of the client.
You’ll be supported by an experienced Clinical Leadership team and will be part of our wide network of clinical/medical leads with regular opportunities for clinical supervision, networking and training.
