We have an exciting opportunity in Forward Leeds for a Lead Nurse where you will play a crucial role in delivering, developing and maintaining excellent clinical practice.

You’ll have the chance to make a real difference to the lives of the people we support, working with them to develop the personal, flexible, and realistic support packages they need to help turn things around.

Location: Required to travel across all three Leeds sites in Armely, Irford and Kirkgate.
