Individual Placement & Support (IPS) is a leading supported employment model. The role of IPS Employment Specialist will help people accessing structured treatment for substance misuse to move into paid employment that is aligned to their preference and choices.
You will be part of a wider team based at CGL Birmingham and the postholder will work between our 5 hubs, primarily North and Central&West with a designated base at either of these sites confirmed by the successful candidate.
