We are hiring a Housing Support Worker to support the team in Wembley.

You will provide housing related support to vulnerable adults and those from various and complex backgrounds, to support them with independent living, providing a low-level preventative service, with support to improve their skills, resilience, and pathways to independence.

You will provide direct communal support to participants by managing a caseload with key working responsibilities. You will work alongside community partners and other key stakeholders to ensure needs, objectives, and requirements of the service are met as a team and individually.

You will further be involved in providing effective outreach support to vulnerable adults to assist with tenancy sustainment, independent living, and promoting self-reliance.
