Description
As the Hidden Harm Practitioner, you will support parents who are involved in problematic drug and/or alcohol misuse, to minimise the impact of this substance misuse on their children.
You will increase the awareness of the Hidden Harm agenda and support the service manager in facilitating safeguarding meetings and act as an expert to the team.
You will secure funding for Residential Rehabilitation Placements for clients of New Beginnings. You will support these clients through their placement, applying for additional funding if required. You will develop links, through visits, and build a portfolio of suitable rehabilitation services, paying particular attention to their CQC reports.
The job will be based across our two hubs at Cobbold Road and Willesden Centre for Health. Travel across the whole London Borough of Brent, as well as travel to various rehabs across the country as part of the day-to-day duties may be required.
