Based at HMP Onley, this full-time (35 hours) role sits at the heart of our integrated drug and alcohol recovery service.

Working alongside our healthcare partner Practice Plus Group, we deliver psychosocial interventions to individuals entering custody with substance use needs, and this role is vital in strengthening the link between the service and the people who use it.

As our Health & Wellbeing Coordinator, you’ll empower service users to become Health & Wellbeing Champions (HAWCs), trained peer leaders delivering wellbeing support across every wing of the prison. This is about influence, trust and impact across the whole establishment.

Please note: HMP Onley is a rural location with limited public transport options, so reliable travel arrangements are essential.
