As a Group Work Facilitator with Change Grow Live you’ll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.
Change Grow Live was recently awarded an exciting new contract to provide psychosocial intervention and transitional services across prisons in Kent. The new service will start on 1st April 2022 and offers a range of initiatives to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.
We are looking to recruit a passionate and committed individual to the role of Group Work Facilitator within HMP/YOI Rochester.
HMP/YOI Rochester is a prison and young offender institution for men over 18 in Rochester, Kent.
