To assist in delivering TP’s Substance Misuse strategy by planning and providing high quality, innovative care which reflects our person centred values and the high levels of ambition we have for the recovery of the individuals for whom we provide support. The role will be to assess service users at the first point of contact with the service. To create care and support plans that meets the needs of the service and clients in accordance with the recovery agenda.
