You will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients undergoing structured treatment for drug and/or alcohol use, aiding them in obtaining sustainable, paid employment that aligns with their preferences.

You will implement the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) approach, for which you will receive training, offering personalised advice and guidance to clients and establishing constructive relationships with local employers to facilitate the clients' transition into appropriate employment.

As a member of the community drug and alcohol treatment service team, you will maintain positive and cohesive relationships, promoting a comprehensive approach to recovery through employment.
