Description
As an Employment Coach, you will be working with our Team Leader and you will be supporting unemployed prison leavers to progress into an exciting apprenticeship standards and jobs by sourcing apprenticeship standard opportunities with Independent Training Providers.
Providing information, advice and guidance, employability support, job search, confidence building and interview skills support. We will expect you to support the successful progression of the prison leavers into good quality apprenticeships (in the community) and jobs.
We have great systems for you to use and you will be using our management information system, and provide regular contact to keep them focused, motivated and confident to gain sustainable apprenticeship or employment. You will be expected to come into prisons and work with our existing Information, Advice and Guidance Teams at HMP High Point and HMP Hollesley Bay.
