Employment Coach

As an IAG Advisor, you will be helping residents/prisoners/learners progress into an exciting career in custody by providing information, advice and guidance, employability support, job search, confidence building and interview skills support. 

As an IAG Trainer, you will be training prisoners in IAG Level 3 qualifications, and you will carry a small caseload and provide IAG support as well.

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, go-getting and very practical individuals who are committed to delivering high-quality information, advice and guidance and progressing prisoners into good quality careers in custody and employment upon release that will help them succeed in their lives.
