Description
You will be working as part of a team to engage referral partners and other organisations to recruit, sign up and on board learners for this exciting programme in London.
You will also be working with our partners the University of East London an Be the Business to ensure the learners engage and remain on the programme that will be include digital skills training for business and Tech Adoption Labs. You will also (along with another Employment Coach) support the learners to progress into jobs, apprenticeships and other opportunities.
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, go getting and a very practical individual who is performance focused and can recruit the right learners to this programme. You will need to be able to promote this exciting programme to referral partners and local organisations.
This is an ambitious programme so we are looking for an individual who can deliver the numbers and key performance targets required. The individual will also be able to provide holistic and pastoral support to learners at risk of disengaging with this programme.
