Right now, one of our partners, Aquarius Action Projects, is looking for a Drug and Alcohol Recovery Practitioner to join the service in Telford. Telford STaRS is for anyone (children and young people from 10+ and adults 18+) who is using, or affected by the problems associated with drugs and/or alcohol.

Your challenge?

To provide advice, assessments, brief and structured interventions and group programmes.

As a Practitioner in this role you will be the initial contact for referrals into the service, conducting initial assessments via telephone, face to face and offering relevant and appropriate advice, harm minimisation, family interventions risk assessment and management, actioning onward referrals to partner agencies.
