The Deputy Services Manager will support the Services Manager to lead the delivery and development of a recovery focussed integrated drug and alcohol service for adults and young people. Managing and leading the key staff within the Management Team, the Deputy Service Manager will work closely with Team Leaders, the wider management team, and a multi-disciplinary team of staff.
