Description
As a Deputy Peer Coordinator within the Acorn Peer Support Team, you will work closely with NHS clinicians in the Community Mental Health services offering leadership to a team of Lived Experience staff to enable them to support clients on their recovery journey to ‘a life worth living’.
Your role will involve providing support to caseloads, you will supervise a small team of passionate and dedicated Peer Support Workers. Offer guidance and leadership to people with lived experience, empowering them to deliver a high quality service for our clients and commissioners.
