Description
Acorn is an innovative values led charity that provides addiction recovery services to inspire and motivate change within communities by enabling individuals to achieve a life worth living.
As a counsellor in one of our community services, you will be delivering group and 1-2-1 interventions to a small cohort of clients, who have been referred for intensive community rehabilitation.
You will be responsible for recording therapeutic notes on our internal systems and providing relevant updates on progress to a range of professionals. Responding to crisis will be a key part of the role and ensuring that the safety of clients, their families and staff is a key priority.
You will also be attending and contributing to case management and external stakeholder meetings.
