Our Rough Sleepers Projects offers Intensive Recovery Outreach And Dedicated Support to Rough Sleepers in Camden & Islington.
The project provides coordinated and wrap around care to rough sleepers/street active individuals with substance misuse issues.
This is a great opportunity to be involved with the delivery of a-new service and finding the most effective and creative ways to engage with service users with multiple and often complex needs. You will work as part of a dedicated multi-disciplinary outreach team to offer person centred support, and engagement into treatment.
We are looking for an individual who has excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office programmes and digital meeting platforms.
Essential to this role is excellent organisational skills and self-motivated and understanding of working with substance misuse and other socially excluded or vulnerable groups and in partnership with external services.
