Criminal Justice Outreach Worker

We have an exciting new opportunity as a Criminal Justice Outreach Worker who will provide cell intervention/arrest referral, community support and assertive outreach services and other interventions to substance misusers identified through proactive contacts carried out in Police/Magistrate cells and following Prison release to the locality.

Workers will be expected to work closely with Police, Prisons and other appropriate partners and stakeholders within office based, community and outreach settings.
