The Opportunity

This role is essential to the success of the residential rehab. The counsellor supports residents to understand their addiction, develop healthier coping skills, and progress through their recovery programme. This leads to better engagement, improved outcomes, and fewer relapses.

The counsellor also strengthens the wider team by providing clinical insight, supporting consistent care planning, and helping maintain a safe and stable environment. Their work ensures the service meets professional and regulatory standards and delivers a high‑quality therapeutic programme.
