This is a fantastic opportunity to become a Counselling coordinator within Humankind we are a people-centric organisation.
The Counselling Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the counselling service for people with substance and alcohol dependency at different stages of recovery, to enable the service to support their recovery from the misuse of alcohol and non-opiate substances through face-to-face, as well as remote and digital counselling service.
This is a Monday - Friday service. you will need to be BACP Qualified you will be supervising and coaching.
The service is co-located at a variety of sites across the treatment system and a range of partnership agencies.
The role will involve recruitment, induction, and supervision of volunteer counsellors and also of social work student placements.
