Change Grow Live is looking for a motivated, innovative and values driven individual, who can lead a team in a busy and dynamic substance misuse service. Current NMC registration required. Responsibilities As directed by your manager, you will provide clear role modelling and leadership for your team to ensure effective service provision for service users. You will support the delivery of high quality service provision by: \tCreating an ambitious service user focussed culture. \tEngaging staff to provide a continually improving and innovative service. \tProviding leadership, management, support and development to a diverse team of staff. \tThe post holder will work as part of the service leading a team dedicated to supporting those with varying levels of alcohol\/non opiate misuse. This includes those who are need support to cut down their drinking to those that are high risk and with complex needs. \tAs the team leader the post holder will implement Change. Grow Lives alcohol and NPS model within the service alongside the nursing team and provide clear, robust pathways within and outside the service. \tThe post holder will be provided with 0.5 days CPD per month to maintain NMC registration and validation.
