SMART is a rapidly growing not-for-profit organisation, delivering drug and alcohol interventions across the Thames Valley region. The organisation is recognised locally and nationally for innovative and effective interventions with substance misuse clients and has been cited in a Home Office report as a model of good practice.
As we move forward into our next phase of development, we are seeking an individual to join our Leadership Team, sharing our values and possessing the expertise we need to further consolidate our successes and maximise all future opportunities. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate strategic vision, operational credibility and an ability to lead and inspire others.
We are seeking a professional with a proven track record in:
• Driving delivery in a high performance culture
• Developing and implementing quality management processes
• Leading and developing individuals and teams
• Supporting new business implementation
• Experience of working within a Clinical Governance framework
• Proven experience of partnership working with key stakeholders
To meet the demands of this role you should already have extensive managerial experience, ideally in the social care field, together with a sound understanding of UK National Drug and Alcohol Strategies. The role will report to the Chief Executive Officer.
