DrugFAM was established as a charity in 2007 for the express purpose of supporting family, carers and friends affected by a loved one’s substance mis-use. Support services are currently in operation in the High Wycombe, Slough and Wokingham areas.
We are looking for an Operations Manager to manage all aspects of the organisation with the exception of the 1:1 Counselling service. The successful candidate will be accountable for service development, delivery and evaluation in order to achieve DrugFAM’s business plan and required performance and will play a key role in developing and implementing the charity’s strategy through the next phase of its growth.
