will soon be working with London Borough of Lewisham and Lewisham PCT
to provide short term support to adults who have left or who are leaving
drug or alcohol treatment. This new initiative includes drop-in,
re-integration and aftercare services with special emphasis on
education, training and employment access and support and psycho-social
intervention and support.
To help us get this project up and running we
need a Service Manager to oversee
service delivery and ensure strong links are forged with local agencies
providing satellite services. NVQ 5 in Social Care Leadership or
equivalent essential.
This role will initially be for one year with the possibility of further extension. It also attracts a London enhancement in addition to the quoted salary.
